I'm Jorge, a software engineer in my final year of Computer Science. I started my career building full-stack web applications, and I'm now focusing on systems programming, exploring how software works beneath the abstractions we use every day.

I've built user interfaces, backend services, and tools for open-source intelligence (OSINT). That work has taken me from React and TypeScript to Rust and Python web scraping, databases, and deployment pipelines, giving me experience across the lifecycle of an application.

These days, I'm going deeper into networking and memory management by building an HTTP server, a TCP implementation or a memory allocator from scratch, exploring how software works under the hood.
