  1. MemAlloc

    Memory management

A general-purpose memory allocator in Rust. Requests memory directly from the operating system and implements GlobalAlloc to integrate with Rust applications.

Regions and blocks organize memory, while a separate free list tracks available allocations. Supports Unix and Windows through mmap and VirtualAlloc.

  2. Lyra Framework

Inside the foundations of a web framework.

A PHP framework inspired by Laravel, bringing together routing, dependency injection, database models, and a template engine.

Includes middleware, validation, session authentication, and a CLI for scaffolding and database migrations, with tests across core components.

  3. DIMACS Shortest Paths

Finding a path through road networks.

A C++ shortest-path solver for maps from the 9th DIMACS Challenge, developed for a course in heuristics and optimization.

Combines a compressed sparse row graph representation with Dijkstra’s algorithm and A* search using the ALT landmark heuristic. A Python wrapper handles compilation and execution.
